Sol Viva may introduce you to, or coordinate with, third-party installers, electricians, engineers, equipment suppliers, maintenance providers, monitoring providers or other technical partners.
We aim to work with trusted and suitable partners. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own work, advice, quotations, contracts, installation quality, safety, compliance, warranties and customer service.
Where you enter into a contract directly with a third-party installer or supplier, that contract is between you and that third party. You should review their terms carefully before accepting their proposal.
5. Information You Provide
To assess your solar needs, we may ask you to provide information such as:
- Your contact details
- Property location and property type
- Electricity bills or consumption data
- Information about appliances, heating, cooling, pool pumps, electric vehicles or batteries
- Roof plans, property photographs or technical drawings

6. Proposals, Estimates And Business Cases
Any proposal, quote review, savings estimate, system size, battery recommendation, payback period, return-on-investment estimate or business case provided by Sol Viva is for guidance and decision-support purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Solar performance and financial savings can vary depending on many factors, including:
- Actual electricity consumption
- Energy usage patterns
- Weather and solar irradiation
- Roof orientation, pitch, shading and available space
- Equipment selected
- Battery settings and usage
- Electricity tariffs
- Export rules or compensation
- Installation quality
- Future changes in household or business energy demand
- Future changes in electricity prices, taxes, regulation or incentives
We aim to provide realistic and useful guidance, but we do not guarantee any specific level of energy production, financial saving, payback period, return on investment, bill reduction or property value increase.
7. Site Visits And Technical Confirmation
Initial assessments may be based on information you provide remotely, including electricity bills, photos, drawings, satellite images, questionnaire responses or conversations.
Any proposal or recommendation may need to be confirmed by a site visit, installer inspection, electrical inspection, engineering review or other technical assessment.
System design, equipment choice, panel count, battery size, cable routing, installation method, timing and final pricing may change after a site visit or technical review.
8. Planning, Permissions And Registrations
Some solar projects may require registration, permissions, approvals, grid-related processes, condominium approval, landlord consent, planning considerations or other administrative steps.
Sol Viva may help explain or coordinate these processes where agreed, but responsibility for obtaining any required approval may depend on the project structure, installer responsibilities, property ownership and applicable law.
You are responsible for informing us of any restrictions affecting your property, including condominium rules, lease restrictions, heritage considerations, planning restrictions, roof access limitations or ownership issues.

- Deposits, staged payments or payment deadlines may be set by the installer or service provider
- Sol Viva is not responsible for payment terms imposed by third-party providers unless we have expressly agreed otherwise
11. Cancellations And Changes
Sol Viva’s service fee is normally payable on project completion. If the project is cancelled, paused indefinitely, or the customer proceeds without Sol Viva after work has started, Sol Viva may charge a fair proportion of the fee based on the work completed at that stage.
If you enter into a contract with a third-party installer or supplier, their cancellation and refund terms will apply to that contract.
If your project scope changes, pricing, equipment, system size, installation timing and estimated savings may also change.
